Terms and Conditions for Protriden Technologies

Welcome to Protriden Technologies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, cloud infrastructure services, and any related content or features (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Company Content: All designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and code provided by the Company are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Fees and Payment

If you purchase any paid features or subscriptions, you agree to our Pricing & Payment Policy:

• Payments: Processed via third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment details.
• Refunds: Subject to our Refund Policy; unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTRIDEN TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Protriden Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings or by contacting support.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct, with or without notice.
• Effects: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of the Services.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kundapur, Karnataka, India.
